Typically, you're full of shit. The charges are spelled out explicitly in the indictments, which are public.
The historic day has arrived. Let it sink in: the first time in history that an American president will go on criminal trial. trump, who a NY jury decided raped E Jean Carroll, as confirmed by the presiding judge and agreed upon my most Americans, is on trial for illegally conspiring to corrupt an election, for defrauding the American people, and then lying with his business records to cover it all up. Comically, trump is claiming that he's being prosecuted for YOU. As if it was YOU who paid off a porn star with which he had an affair in order to cheat a presidential election. Equally comically, and quite hypocritically, he's blaming Joe Biden for "election interference" when it was a grand jury of common citizens, not Joe Biden, who decided to bring the charges, and it was HE, not Joe Biden, who has a history of corrupting elections. I'm sitting here chuckling realizing that trump's fat rump must sit there in court in mental anguish.... not particularly today which will merely be jury selection... but in a week or two when he has to listen to those he once considered loyal give testimony against him. And probably crapping in his diapers.
As I've shown multiple times in this very thread the fact that the jury checked no on that box only means that the prosecution didn't meet the burden, in the jury's eyes, for proving STATUTORY rape under New York's narrow technical definition (i.e. penile penetration). As the presiding judge later explained the jury did in fact find that trump raped Ms. Carroll under the common universal understanding of the word, and HAD TO DO SO in order to rule in her favor. The bottom line, trump's a rapist as decided by a New York jury and confirmed by the presiding judge. What's more, most Americans know that he's a rapist, as does everybody on THIS board, yourself included. And now, inasmuch as I just saw him on TV and he looks like absolute shit, it's time to offer up wishes to "God's anointed one" on this most momentous day:
You’ll have to explain it to me like I’m 5. Because I see the jury verdict, but what I’m hearing is “well, yeah, but…”
