Wrong. They didn't say he didn't rape her; they ruled she hadn't proven rape as defined by New York statute. And as the judge explained the jury DID, in fact, find that he raped her according to the common understanding of the term.

And now that you've seen the actual sign off sheet and have been corrected you're just lying.

    trump the rapist.

Look at the form again. Which question did they actually answer?

You're a liar. And even worse than that you're defending a rapist.

So its pretty much just her word. It would have been something if Carroll made the accusation before the guy talk recording was released. Not years after, as she is releasing a book. And why didn't the Judge just take the DNA and be done with the whole thing?

Sounds like just more bullshit fabricated to bring Trump down. Verdict: Not guilty.

His word, too, just as I listed.

The trump team refused to submit it. In a civil trial the judge can't force somebody to provide DNA. Fourth Amendment and all that.

Just another case of a trumpian saying something they don't actually believe.

Trump wanted to offer DNA months before the trial and the Judge refused - see below. Also she could have compelled him to, which she didn't. This reeks even worse than all the other BS.

any charge that comes without a year should be dismissed. defendants need a chance to present an alibi.

no employees of the store remember this event.

she has a history of accusing famous men. also she is clearly a lunatic. her dog is called vagina, she wrote a book about how women dont need men, etc.

they jury said no to rape. and now we have a situation where if trump agrees with the jury in public and says there was no rape, he is punished. trump is justified to claim this is a terrible with hunt with political motivations.

No, he didn't. He included conditions in his offer that he knew the judge could not and would not accept. That was like me offering to give you a cookie on the condition that you go kill yourself. It was nothing more than a stalling tactic. Wouldn't fly, couldn't fly. trump had many months to submit his DNA without stupid conditions attached but refused.

If he were innocent a DNA sample would have cleared himself immediately, and he wouldn't have had to ultimately pay up $5 million then $83 million. Both juries were not stupid; they knew his refusal meant that he was afraid of the result. So, they did the correct thing: they found him liable.

trump is a rapist.... and that's what the jury found, just as Judge Kaplan explained.
