did you read the statement by the judge in the case? did you read the differences between rape and sexual abuse according to the NY penal code? You also conveniently left out the question posed to the jury in the verdict that asked if Trump was guilty of sexual abuse and it was checked yes....and you also conveniently left out the question after that where they answered yes to whether damages were caused to Ms. Carroll and they replied yes. So yes...splitting hairs. The NY penal code offers a very narrow definition of rape that has to include a penis in the equation. No, Trump did not use his penis...he used his fingers.
