So if some of the protesters were heard yelling "Bernie, Bernie, Bernie!" and this is irrefutable (it happened), should Bernie Sanders be responsible for the actions of his supporters? My answer to that, by the way, is no. A big resounding NO. My point being is you need to use that same standard when interpreting the Trump supporters' actions.

"What would happen if the Trump campaign would send plants in on the Sanders and Clinton" - izz This is not a valid point because these poeple are not protesting on behalf of the campaigns. The campaigns are not sending "plants". I agree, the media hates trump and does not treat him fairly. But Bernie isn't sending anyone to disrupt anyone. It's just his supporters, he cannot control them.
