Outrageous accusation? The truth of my accusation is SELF EVIDENT, you hopeless twit. When you eliminate regulations that would reduce flood-related disaster then flood-related disaster will be greater than it otherwise would be. That's obvious to the point of tautology.

So name the regulation and how it "would" have applied here.
