He says he doing it on purpose, which of course would just be one of his endless lies. The man (and I use that term loosely) is clearly demented. Even while reading his teleprompter his mind blanks out repeatedly, he constantly confuses Nikki Haley for Nancy Pelosi, he thinks Barack Obama is still the President, he thinks Argentina is a guy.... and through it all he can't escape his narcissism.... he praises the leader of the Taliban for calling him "your highness".
