The Supreme Court ruled in 1988 that the appointment of an independent counsel was constitutional, but the rules and circumstances were a little different then. And the Supreme Court has not spoken directly on the constitutionality of current regulations for special counsels. aka, not a violation that is legal opinion, not set law you call them facts, I call them contrived red herring diversions that tells me nothing, the findings have not been released.. but there have been results, at least 16 indictments so far ... I could be wrong about this, but mueller has been ordered to present a report to congress, I don't think he legally could release his findings to the media or anyone else, even if he wanted to I don't have many, what ifs,.. I got lots of hopes and dreams I'd vote for ya I'll decide for myself if I think he's innocent, based on the report, my opinion does change sometimes,.. I'm willing to declare Trump innocent and a victim,.. if the evidence supports that,.. will you ever be willing to admit that Trump deserves to be impeached, or is your belief already etched in stone, no matter what? What is incredible is that there is nothing going on, or percolating, to improve the US of A. Everything is focused on getting Trump. And, now those in the know, say there is not even time for impeachment. Political Groundhog Day. Whatever happened to infrastructure? If by smile you mean fill this subforum with your tears since trumps been in office, you'd be correct. The findings of this investigation will effectively change no ones opinion. The media controls the message and its clear theyd never exonerate him. Yet if trump survives he likely gets reelected. That's the costs of this entire charade. The muzzled Americans will again speak at the ballot box and the tears will continue to flow while America hopefully regains more of its superiority. A really bad word for some. And this entire shit show and refusal to accept another lost election continues. The End.
Beyond that, Congressional libs have now set themselves up as a prosecutorial branch and investigative authority, neither of which are under their purvey. They have a job for which they get paid by us, the taxpayers. They need to be held accountable for that and not for this incessant drive to remove Trump from office. That's literally how they spend every waking moment.
