Violates the appointment clause of the constitution. Mueller is acting on full authority without the supervision of Rosenstein in which case he's a principal appointee of the court. Which constitutionally must be appointed by the president of the United States then approved by the senate. Not an insignificant distinction. Much more than speculation given the facts. Or lack of anything more substantive. There are no results yet tells me a lot. Your what ifs are all you have hence my point. They've failed thus far but their intent is clear. I'm more of a mostly knowing. I wouldn't go completely all. You must know no one's ever found innocent. They are simply declared not guilty. The press will continue this charade until he's out of office and you will likely continue to believe what you already think. Most of this story writes itself. People's opinions don't change. I got lots of hopes and dreams I'd vote for ya I'll decide myself if I think he's innocent, based on the report, my opinion does change sometimes,.. I'm willing to declare Trump innocent and a victim,.. if the evidence supports that,.. will you ever be willing to admit that Trump deserves to be impeached, or is your belief already etched in stone, no matter what?
