    Drum roll please......

I like this idea by Trump and think it is long overdue. This would be Phase 4 of the recovery effort and would provide a shit ton of jobs in the construction industry. Coming out of this it would be just what the doctor ordered.

There....see....I don't always disagree with the man. I recognize a good idea when I see one and no President has sought an infrastructure bill this rich since Roosevelt. Count me in his corner on this one.

If it trully is to build roads and bridges then yes but I suspect a ton of it will go to studying monkey sex or some other bullshit.

Democrats will be waiting like hyenas to steal money from this bill for climate change and other worthless give a ways to minorities (which seems to be everyone except white males).

Silly idea. Trying to out democrat the democrats makes no sense. These projects are state and local and money for interstate aspects has already been spent (and generally siphoned off for vote buying like the NO flood stuff).
    Not just no, hell no.

Big gov is not the solution. And once it grows it will never deflate. We just shifted gears on the inevitable road to socialism hell.

At this point it really doesn't matter. We are in a hole dug so deep into "funny money" that we will never get out of it regardless of who controls any branch of the gvt. It's all make believe.

The only viable answer now is to dissolve the fed and the IRS and say "sorry about your loss" and start over.

You’re probably right Shane. Both democrats and liberals republicans spend like drunken sailors in port for the first time in months. The only difference is who the give money to (besides themselves) and whose ox is gored. The only fiscal conservatives left are not taken seriously. We seem to be on the road to perdition. My hope is that I’m old enough to die before the house of cards collapses.
I’ll keep sounding out about it but have little to no hope it will change.
