Keeping silent is NOT the answer. That can be mistaken as tacit approval. That he feels comfortable enough to post garbage like this in these forums is not a good sign. He's just the bad apple. Everyone has them.
Without getting into it, and that's a huge thread, I think more context of his statement would be useful.
Besides showing a lack of knowledge (although from his posts he doesn't seem to have a lack of knowledge, so most likely was just being a smartass), I'm not sure why it's any worse than your swamp people comment (or plenty of the other comments we've had on this board)
Free speech? Fair enough. I'm registering my disgust. I also choose who I associate with. Is this what Tiger Forums are to be? Where racist remarks are happily tolerated? I'll be watching the outcome with interest.
I think I'm trying to figure out what was so racist about it? Are you saying he is implying that a black quarterback can't win a NC for LSU?
Don't have an ounce of respect for racists. Not afraid to say so. Although I apologize for the swamp people comment (ala the TV show), as clearly not all swamp people are racists, and it was an uneccessary dig.
