    I know the product sucks but they should scan the tickets in and out. If you leave early you lose points towards next year's season tickets. If you end the season with negative points your tickets are given to someone else.

    Yep, yank the freshman as soon as he makes a mistake. Done it two weeks in a row now, that's how you build up a kid's confidence.

    No, but the magnitude of the decision comes into play. Throwing a pick when we are finally moving the ball which then leads to a TD for the other team when we are already behind is a bigger mistake than not making the proper read, or pulling it down and running too early.
