Must be more terrorists there as well. Maybe even the possibility of getting a nuclear weapon.

Don't worry it's just costing us a few billion.

There are 195 countries in the world. The US has military personnel in 820 installations in 135 of these countries. It's part of being The Superpower. Everybody needs us, which gives us tremendous leverage at a bargain price.

And where was all this support for sending troops around the world when Bush was doing it?

There is no contradiction when a Democrat says whatever comes out of their mouth. And, it is always the correct answer to the question posed.

My support for US military power has never wavered. What I object to is STUPID use of that power in STUPID wars that don't benefit us in any way.

Having advisors and trainers in over a hundred countries is kind of different than invading a country that was no threat to us, occupying it for ten years, spending a $Trillion dollars, and taking 35,000 casualties.

    Wise up.

Yah we see what that bargain price has got us. Nada.

Being a Superpower has nothing to do with entangling ourselves in 135 countries via our military. You know it and I know it.

I agree, you're to the left of most Dems.
