What kind of package did the 5-7 Golden Bears use? That game the Ducks had a total of 15 pts.....Old .500 Zona St. had over 200 yards total offense more than ya'll(right at 600 yards).

I think one of the reasons Oregon's O-line tends to be a bit smaller is that they are built for speed, so they can pull and get out in open space and block as well. Also, you'll find our WRs like to put a helmet on a few people to open holes for the RBs.

LSU will be a great challenge, this should be an excellent game.

Maehl and DJ Davis were good WR's and were also good in the downfield blocking.

ASU threw the ball 53 times in that game. I'd love to see JJ throw that much against Oregon. ASU gambled and lost...... Seven turnovers for ASU in that game. It's a Dennis Erickson coached team, that typically means personal fouls and the game will be sloppy. That's Erickson football. And that's why I can't believe people are picking them to win the PAC-12 South this year. They will make too many mistakes.

Cal is a "Grudge" game. I wouldn't call it a rivalry, it's not, but it's most definitely a "Grudge" game. I really don't know what to say about that game. Cal had a good defense last year, just not a consistant offense. They lost three game where they held the opponent under 20 (10-9, 15-13 and 16-13).

I bet you would. If JJ throws the ball 53 times it's not going to be good for LSU. This kind of sucks because I really like the Ducks. Either way LSU will be rooting for you guys after this game no matter what the outcome.

That was not one of Tedfords better years, under .500 ball.

right, this is what I was explaining though I wasnt sure if you ever used a fullback. I didnt think so.

I dont think laduckfan knows or is an actual fan so im looking for someone who actually follows them and not just reads box scores and looks at youtube.

so time/space slows down once you advance to the nfl. no, it just means their times are most accurate and not a nike camp or timed by their high school coach.

this is like us comparing oregon to cal, who had a losing record last year--who shut you out on offense if i recall minus a lone touchdown.

And I think i recall Cals kicker getting a motion penalty after making what would have been the winning fg only to miss it after a rekick. it was like 20 something yards. talk about luck. has a kicker ever been flagged for that before.

so if you want to cherry pick games thats fine. But the reality is, LSU is much closer to Auburn than to Tennessee. And your history is much closer to Cal than LSU.

Win something beyond your conference, then get back to us. Gloating about a Tennessee and a moral victory by hanging close to Auburn says everything we need to know really.

You are not arguing the correct point here, nobody was talking about what our offense could or couldnt do against Tenn defense.

We could easily bring up how Oregon's offense struggled against Cal, but it wouldnt make any sense, just like what you are saying about our offense against Tenn, its not the same point.

Case & Point: Oregon's Offense is FAST, but LSU's defense is FAST too. All these 40 times dont mean anything unless its a foot race.

You shouldn’t use that as an example, that number is not accurate. The clock stops on first downs, and were there any injuries, any timeouts called, any measurements, any penalties, so, that is not an accurate number by just doing that math.........I get your point, Oregon's hurry up is one of the fastest in the country.

Hurry up offenses are dangerous, but you do realize there is a reason WHY the majority of football teams DO NOT choose to run them, and it’s NOT because they CANT.

If you need me to explain why, I will but being a Duck fan, I hope you already know the disadvantages of running one.
