Any word on whether OL Trent Williams went ahead and made his announcement? He said it was down to Oklahoma St. and LSU and that he would probably make his announcement today.

I've been checking rivals, but nothing yet. Wondering if maybe some of you from the Texas/Oklahoma area have anything to report?

This would be a big commitment for us as it would give us 3 offensive linemen (and a little more than halfway to what I believe Miles was hoping to sign in this class).

    C'mon Trent Williams! :geauxtige

dont bank on it, but it will be LSU...

OSU is only considered, b/c Miles went hard after him, but the move to LSU will get him here...

Dunbar likes him on the DL..we are recruiting him for DL, although he could end up on OL as well. His coach says he's going to take all his officials now, but his mom wants him to go to LSU.

If not, it certainly is a good start. I believe I read where Miles said he was looking to sign at least 5, so I'm assuming that he wouldn't mind getting 6.

This year's recruting class doesn't look to be as deep in terms of linemen, so a lot of teams are going to be trying to sign the few big names that are out there.

Personally, I think when the JUCO rankings are released later on, Boudreaux will be around a 4-star.

Also, don't forget that transfer, Andrew Decker, from Toledo (who I believe Ohio State was also trying to convince him to go there after being granted his release).

Also, we're also have "high interest" from:
3-star OL Josh Hawkins from Alabama (ranked No. 30 by rivals)
3-star OL Steve Singleton (ranked No. 36 by rivals)

    and "medium interest" from:
4-star OL Clifton Geathers from South Carolina (ranked No. 4 by rivals)
4-star OL Marcus Gilbert from Florida (ranked No. 16 by rivals)
4-star OL Chris Guarnero from Colorado (ranked No. 17 by rivals)
3-star OL Jeremy Devane from Florida (ranked No. 40 by rivals)

Hell, if you want to go with Medium interest...
    Andre Smith #1 OG
    Chris Stewart #10 OG
    Zhamal Thomas #11 OG
    John Hayes #12 OG...

If they can steal DT Gerald McCoy from Oklahoma (LSU is even with them but OU is considered the favorite), can you imagine that DL pair... Woods and McCoy... Speaking of Al Woods, rumor is that he is down from 329 to 310 and looks almost ripped with his shirt off.. If McCoy isnt keeping up with that then Woods may soon be back in the #1 spot...
