My Overly Sensitive Liberal Translator is not working on my computer. Can someone tell me what this really means? This "Men's Project" is started by the Duke Women Center. I see the word dissect in it. I think they are talking castration.

“Our purpose is twofold: to foster constructive male allyship, and to question and deconstruct toxic masculinities,” the Men’s Project says on its website.

“We also understand how masculinity in its normative form alienates most – if not all – men, and recognise the part normative masculinity plays in alienating men and reproducing violence.

“We want to deconstruct toxic masculinities to reconstruct healthier, more inclusive notions of masculinity.”

The nine-week course aims to promote “unlearning violence.”

The organisers say: “We want to explore, dissect, and construct an intersectional understanding of masculinity and maleness, as well as tocreate destabilized spaces for those with privilege.”

Duke’s women centre opened the men’s project in the spring, and since then has held talks by sociologists on “sex, power and violence” and screened films about pornography.

On one hand it probably means Duke is trying to get federal dollars for offering classes that satisfy Title IX requirements. It's also an opportunity for dykes to have a class in which they disseminate the false philosophy that all men are violent domineering misogynists and that the only "good" man is one without a working penis or any sense of paternal pride.

This class is part of a larger attempt to socially and culturally, through education and media, completely emasculate the male gender. Pussification in it's most sinister form...a gender role rape disguised as a Trojan horse.

Normative masculinity is really hegemonic masculinity. It was a mostly unpopular and unsupported-by-numbers theory that is now being kidnapped like Kim Kardashian, cast as the definitive definition very similar to how lezbo feminists claimed ownership of the word feminism and stripped it like a pole of it's base goodness.

There isn't a gotdamn thing wrong with men being the dominant gender or the head of a household. If women choose to be in such a relationship that is successful for them, it's due to effective compromise, not surrender or meek complicity. Men who would extort or abuse the nature of things are obviously wrong but they are not the majority nor should they be treated as such. Y'all better tuck your dicks away if you get around this group.

They are legislating anything male oriented out of the public and private sector.

Boys have to be emasculated then it's ok.

I've read a couple studies on what's going on and it blew my mind. Vball could you please explain what I'm referencing to that you touched on but in detail. I was going to ask you to before you posted bc my quick reference doesn't do it justice.

Two terms that I honestly have never heard until now. I guess I am out of touch with the latest social engineering trends. It sounds like suppression of normal biological behavior.

So women's groups and low T males are defining toxic masculinity?

It seems that in today's society, emphasis is being put on meaning and ownership of words. It's a concept I don't understand or support. Frankly it's ironic as hell coming out of a generation that is lacking in ability to write actual letters or notes, lacking in ability to have face-to-face conversation, and is immersed in emojis, urban terminology, and pictures or tweets.

Women should not be at the core of defining masculinity. It doesn't serve either gender. And you are correct....normal biological behavior is neither naturally violent nor wrong. There isn't a damn thing wrong with a man as the bread winner and the woman as the heart of a home. It's not for everybody and requires maturity and negotiation....which, comically, makes both genders more proficient. Leftists are saying Donald fat-shamed a woman. I disagree but far worse, feminists are mom-shaming women who love their job.

"A Democratic strategist's calling into question Ann Romney's qualification to talk about economic issues since she was a stay-at-home mom has quickly overtaken the political conversation.

"What you have is Mitt Romney running around the country saying, Well, you know, my wife tells me that what women really care about are economic issues. And when I listen to my wife, that's what I'm hearing. Guess what? His wife has actually never worked a day in her life. She's never really dealt with the kinds of economic issues that a majority of the women in this country are facing in terms of how do we feed our kids, how do we send them to school and how do we - why we worry about their future," said CNN contributor and Democratic strategist Hillary Rosen Wednesday night."

"Hillary came under fire in 1992 for stridently defending her own career, saying on 60 Minutes in 1992 that she wouldn't be "some little woman standing by my husband like Tammy Wynette."

"I suppose I could have stayed home and baked cookies and had teas, but what I decided to do was fulfill my profession, which I entered before my husband was in public life," she said at another point."
