    I aplogize for that. I wasn't really talking about a QUANTIFIABLE SOS (as in the computers) as much as percieved SOS by human pollsters.

    Much agreed. I much prefer power rankings. At least they're meaningless.

    I will grant you this.

    If OU and an SEC team goes undefeated, and let's say USC runs the table (which they will barring injuries), the SEC team will be voted to the #2 spot in the human polls ahead of OU. Voters will be leary of OU's recent performances in BCS games and won't soon forget that embarrassing performance against USC in 2004.

    I fully agree BUT...OU gotta get past Missou and Chase Daniel. That boy has a serious itch.
