CSP gave out pregame baseball bats and the offensive line handed out a beat down. With out the leading rusher for a second week in a row the Saints put up close to 200 yards rushing and most importantly Brees managed to stay clean with out a sack! The O-line gets the game ball.

Breesus looked out of sink for the most part throwing another pick and 11 incompletions but he got it done when it counted. The one stat I like about Brees was 29 games in a row with 20 or more completions that's a NFL record my friend.

Former Bama standout Roman Harper got the game ball on the defensive side. He had a probowl performance outplaying every defender on both teams. The only thing that Will Smith did right was getting bitch slapped by Blount causing a 15-yard unsportsmanlike conduct at a crucial time for the Bucks. Shocking that it came from thug Blount, as he has been bitch slapping 2-3 guys each year since back in the day.

Clearly the Saints are the best team in the south. Playing in ATL next week and winning should be difficult but not unattainable, hopefully the birds have the same kind of hangover we had after the Colts. Any chance we sign a CB for next week? Sharper was on our sideline in street clothes. Might be time to activate the hammer. Look for a high scoring shoot out. Fun match up will be Harper vs. Julio Jones. We will need to win this game b/c of very hard match ups with Detroit and the G-MEN after the bye.

I wouldn't say this at this time. Far too inconsistent. Listening on the Rome show he said the NFL has become a league of who gets hot the 2nd half of the season. Like GB did and he went on to name a few others that backed their way into the playoffs and excelled from there. keep that one in your back pocket to use at a later date Fang.

No. Bucs lost 48-3 to 49'rs. We lost to Bucs next week. We lost to winless St. Louis, we beat Bucs this week. Will take more than 1 more win than that.

Winning in the ATL would make a nfcs dominance statement.

Agreed. Too many turnovers and not enough defense. We've had at least one turnover in every game this season and ATL has caused at lease one in 27 straight games. That doesn't bode well for us. But, in games under Payton where we've had no turnovers, I think we're something like 16-0 or 16-1. Something like that. Moral of the story? Don't turn the ball over.

Let me tell u something ATL on paper is a defensive nightmare for the saints. A power running back great TE and some hell of a receivers. We hold ATL under 21 and it will be a victory. Then @ 7-3 we will be ranked under gb as the # 2 team in the league! SF is sooo overrated I can puke.

Dude the NFL is a defensive nightmare for the Saints right now. Until we get some more capable hungry players on the D, this Saint team aint going no where special this year.

I diagree. I think Saints lose this one. Julio is back with a vengeance, Roddy White, Gonzales while Vilma and Porter are banged up....there are a few matchup problems that lead me to believe that we will drop this one.
