you cant compare a 4 star recruit out of high school to a 4 star recruit who's played 2 year's JUCO. The JUCO has at least more reps at a higher level of competition than a HS recruit.
How do you figure? Jared Mitchell is listed as 2nd string behind Doucet, and Chris Mitchell had the first catch of the game vs Miss St.

4th WR doesn't equal 4th string. Typically, you'd see a depth chart with 3 starting WRs. Doucet & Lafell are our #1 & 2, and the #3 has depended on the situation so far. I think I've seen both Chris Mitchell & Toliver there.
You can compare them because neither one has proven anything at a D1 school, and their rankings are both based on the opinion of guys that aren't coaches. Typically you would expect a JUCO guy to be more physically ready and probably more polished, but that's not always the case.
I think the Mitchells will be just fine. They will be the third and fourth recievers next year with Tolliver and Lafell being the first two.
We also need to remember that we have DeAngelo Benton in our 2008 class too. He will be SEC ready when he steps foot on campus. I dont think we will get any JUCO guys if we sign Brown and Toliver.
