    4. Charles Grant (I hung out with him a couple of times...he's hilarious)
    5. Bobby Hebert

honorable mentions: Ironhead, Scott Fujita, Mike McKenzie, and yes...Ricky Williams

Honestly, I'm too young to remember those guys. |lombardi|

I understood football at a relatively young age, but I didn't get a firm grasp on it until I was at least 12.

I remember Hebert b/c he was our QB and Ironhead....but that's about the extent of it. I liked them both alot when I was a kid so I threw them in there.

    Steve Gleason
    Breesus
    Freddie Mac
    Sam Mills
    Lynell Hamilton

honarble mentions Dalton Hilliard, the rest of the Dome Patrol, Bobby Hebert, Deuce, Eric Martin, Morten Andersen, Colston, and Horn.

Another I will always remember is the most unlikely hero of them all... Brian Milne.

My man supafan loves him some special teams.

Figured you'd like the beerman and Chad Morton, too.

Michael Lewis once made my cousin into the most awesome prediction maker ever.

We were at the Atlanta game in 2004. I think it was the day after Christmas. At the time I was living in Atlanta and had both Falcons and Saints season tickets. It was cheaper to buy Falcons season tickets thant to buy the Falcons vs. Saints game ticket from a scalper. That is the only Falcons game I went to.

An Atlanta fan behinds us says Aaron Brooks is about to throw an interception. A few plays later it happens and the Falcons score a touchdown a few plays later.

I say predicting Aaron Brooks throwing an interception is like predicting the sun to come up.

My cousin says "this is how a man makes a prediction. Michael Lewis 96 yard touchdown from the near hash mark." Lewis then takes the ball in on the near hash mark on the 4 yard line and takes it to the house. Awesome. The smack talking Falcon fan leaves.

    1. Drew Brees
    2. Eddie Kennison (I know it was only one year, but I always liked him)
    3. Mark Fields
    4. La'Roi Glover (until he went to the Cowgirls)
    5. Willie Roaf/Mike Karney/Deuce McAllister

That goes for me as well. I was more of a basketball guy until I finally discovered how amazing football was.
