Both these games are custom built for ware. Both teams have lost players on defense and ware should be able to run hard behind lsu's vet o line

I agree. Spencer Ware should be able to exploit Oregon's re-structured D-line.

Establish the run and make the defense honest and then spread 'em out a little. Then pound 'em again with Ware and repeat. Sprinkle in some suffocating defense and we should beat Oregon.

I'll be at Jerry's World watching. I can't wait.

I agree. I was going to say that, but I didn't want to seem like a homer....but it's true.

I challenge anyone to find a schedule in the history of the NCAA that is comparable the one that we are about to play.

Miami had some really tough ones back in the 80s. Especially the late 80s into the 90s.

1987 started with UF, Arkansas, FSU in that order. I doubt we ever see a team start a season with teams like that ever again.

Who was the last team to face the 3 previous national champions, and the year prior's runner up all in the same season? Hell has there ever been a team that had to do that?

Notre Dame has had traditionally always had a pretty tough schedule but each matchup isn't as intense as our SEC rivalries. The SEC always has the toughest schedules yet we still have the top teams to survive and it shows in the big bowl games.
