I think the verdict is still out on QB. Jennings was a bust and so was Lee and Jefferson. Mettenberger made tremendous strides here though. If Harris has a good season next year, our development won't be as bad as everyone thinks.
See that's how they label you if you don't see things through P&G glasses. The truth is frowned upon here because some just can't seem to handle it.
They've had slightly better OL, much better DL, LB and serviceable QBs. We've had slightly better WRs, RBs much better DBs and a train wreck at QB. They have had a drastically better offensive scheme and playcalling, better game planning and game day coaching. The talent gap is there but not that big. QB and offensive coaching are the difference in wins and championships. If we had an offensive philosophy that wasn't born in the stone age and a serviceable QB we wouldn't be having this discussion and Bama would have a couple less championships.
