I wonder what type of effect it will have on recruiting and commitments they have now and the 2010 QB commited already
Rumors floating around that him and Tubbs got into Tuesday after practice which lead to this... just rumors from some AU fans I know. TIFWIW.
The Auburn media raises many of the same questions brought up in this thread: What happened between the end of Tuberville’s press conference Tuesday afternoon and when he woke up Wednesday? Something did. But what? When did he first consider making the change? “That’s a non-question,” Tuberville said when asked. Well, not really. It had to have happened sometime before Wednesday morning, right? You just don’t wake up, pour a bowl of cereal and between bites decide to fire your offensive coordinator. Especially after giving him a vote of confidence twice in the last three days. But that’s what Tuberville did. http://www.oanow.com/oan/sports/col...olumn_what_a_difference_a_day_can_make/40258/ Despite giving him a vote of confidence, Tuberville never made a reference to a pine box, so I guess he is safe.
Maybe it was sort of a: "Hey, lets bring this guy in here, have him compile a huge playbook of the spread offense, make him feel special with a "OC" title and then drop him like a ton of bricks once I photocopy that mofo's book" That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
Yeah probably the way it went down. To all who donated to my collection, its going to another charity. My Gameday Beer Fund. GBF for short. Thank you, and remember. You have made a difference in someone's life
if anyone would like to learn more about what goes on the inside of that place go to finebaum.com a little bit later and listen to the one hour interview he just had with franklin. yikes. i did like that he said tubs calculated that it would make him look a lot better by firing him when he did because the win versus arkansas would make tubs look better. yeahhh that sort of backfired. let the muschamp rumors begin.
