I like O but I don't need to tell you that he won exactly one game against a preseason runt. I never was a fan of Jimbo, but he wouldn't be the worst get (just super conservative and will likely end in disappointment; he handled Winston like a chump). I've seen Shaw once and Washington's stellar D made his O look like Miles. I still like Herman if O doesn't get R done; even if he fails the entire nation would applaud the hire and cut us a break if he failed.
