Herman is Meyer without the heart issues. What makes Meyer the holy grail? He won a NC with Herman as his OC.

 

Why do think he wants to come back? He couldn't handle the pressure of the SEC. That's why he faked an ailment to leave FU and to 'spend more time with my family', then took the Suckeyes job a year or 2 later. He's built them into an SEC team in a weak conference where there was no real competition until Harbaugh was hired. Now he's got 1 team to compete with instead of 6 if he comes to the SEC West.
