According to DandyDon Tolliver MAY announce his decision today.

Wouldn't be surprised if he did...he has already taken all of his officials and has probably known where he is going for a while now. I would say it is 60-40 LSU

his forty isn't blazing fast, and his vertical leap is real small for a guy his size... What are his strengths?

Well here's a few observations:

AA practices

Hands down, Terrance Toliver has been the most impressive player I have seen this week. The rarity of skills he posses is overwhelming. Seeing him run, you understand that a 6-4.5 inch wide receiver simply should not run as smooth as he does. His ability to attack the ball in the air is unparalleled. Terrance Toliver shook off an minor finger injury and is back doing 1-on-1's and looking like he did this morning: like the best receiver out here. Toliver plays with a swagger and a confidence, key for a receiver.

Toliver’s size is certainly a great attribute. But what he does best is after the catch. Toliver has the quickness and speed of a smaller wide receiver. In the open field he displays elusiveness and moves and can take the short pass the distance.

Toliver can also beat you deep with his speed. He shows good concentration and hands and can go get the ball in the air. He will also go over the middle and this is where he can be such a huge force. Whether it’s a crossing route or a slip screen, you better get Toliver down quickly after the catch or his athletic ability, size, speed and quickness take over and he becomes very difficult to tackle. The best DB's in tha nation are having a really hard time dealing with him.

Wide receiver Terrance Toliver of Hempstead (TX) blew by defensive backs and just made everything look easy for himself at Friday Night Lights at the University of Florida.

At 6-4 and 193 pounds, Toliver physically overmatched all the cornerbacks at the camp. The receiver group was unreal as a whole and a number of them turned in outstanding performances, but Toliver cerated the most physical mismatches of the night.

I read somewhere that his size and mold was compared to Michael Clayton.

Has anyone else here see that comparison?

I remember Michael Clayton's speed also wasn't blazing fast. I don't know about Clayton's leap.

If he does actually commit today I'd be real worried since the LSU inside source for one of the recruiting sites staffers said he hadn't heard about Tolliver announcing today.

If he does announce, it won't be LSU.
