Saw a little fire in Brennan's eyes on the sideline I liked seeing that. Hope he gets it would like to see him succeed. But hey if Johnson or TJ are better and can run the Burrow offense so be it. Until then I expect O will work on a 50/50 run pass offense. We have the horses to pound people and not have Brennan solely responsible for winning the games. Vanderbilt will tell us a lot.
Stingley and Vincent, had he not opted out, would have in my view negated 2 passibg TD's. Like our defensive line and backers we are still in it.

this loss isn’t on either side in particular. Offense gave D a 2nd half lead and D promptly gave up a 75 yd TD on next snap. Defense takes the ball away inside the Miss St 25 and the offense goes 3 and out and kicks a FG.
The kicking game is the only phase that I feel didn't play like shit. I just looked at the Vegas Odds. We have opened as a 20 point favorite over Vandy. I guess the odds makers didn't watch Saturdays games.

Miss St is a middle of the pack SEC school lower portion of the middle, but still middle. Vandy is just bad right now.
