Another frustration I had was the diving helmet to helmet hit on TT. Again the guys on ESPNU were saying "how do you miss a call like that".

I'm so glad we have the SEC officiating to keep an eye on our players this year. Where so lucky!

They have been frustrated all year. When Jefferson comes in the game, the OC calls I formation runs or option runs because Jefferson doesn't have the arm to get it out there... when Lee is in there the OC calls pass but the defense is double covering the WRs when they see Lee.

It's not going to change while you have the OC.

If JJ isn't 100% next week, and Lee is the starter, you can count on our offense padding their score with a 7-14 point x-mas gift. I have tried and tried to stick up for Lee and make excuses... but it's obvious he doesn't have a career at LSU after this year. It's sad too, with the proiper coaching and time he could be a dangerous kid.

I agree he has one hell of an arm. However he has no composure in the QB position. If that is him or coaching I dont know.

You could be on to something there, but then again, they might be in double coverage because the chances of a INT pick 6 is pretty good with LEE in.

Yes, because if you know he is going to pass, you don't play run.

Lee is in the game, you play pass
Jefferson is in the game, you play run option, run and WR screen... Jefferson isn't going to hurt you throwing
Scott I formation up the middle
TH run option sweep, every once in a while a draw if he is back there with the QB
    Shepard QB sneak, run option

I love how you keep implying there are only two possible plays on defense. "Play Run" and "Play Pass".... You must have picked up your football knowledge from NFL Blitz arcade.

ive given lee too many hall passes- he has no business being in there- i'd rather sheppard in there just for a few-

he was horrible- he had all week to prep against an easy , no pressure team--- how hard is it to throw a few passes to the sideline and hand the ball off-- i guess pretty hard

give keiland the ball more--- give the ball to the seniors!!!!!

I don't think the problems are with the offensive coordinator. Neither QB that plays for LSU is capable of playing in the SEC, IMO.

You don't think the problems are with the offensive coordinator???? Lee was obviously having one of the worst games a QB could ever have. So we get the ball around the 35 of La. Tech and go for three straight passes?????????????????????? That had to be one of the worst playcalling series I've ever seen. And we did something like that TWICE! The coaches didn't even get our team into FG range and the game was very much in doubt at that point.

I felt bad for Lee because it was like they were trying to force him to make a play. Guess what - it wasn't happening! I couldn't believe that. The coaches made a bad situation worse right there. If anything, they inspired more boos than would have ever happened if they had run the ball.

And when they finally did, the whole stadium cheered for about a minute. Not only that, we MOVED THE BALL. It worked.

And then there is the whole thing of not playing Shepard much all year...having absolutely no creativity on offense...etc.

And Jefferson is capable of playing in the SEC. We're 2nd in the West and if not for BULL$HIT calls and injuries, who knows where we'd be? Either way, we're 8-2. That's not bad.
