Come on guys! Give the Lee bashing a break. He is just a kid playing football! I am sure he knows he did not play well tonight! He did the best he could and that was obviously good enough, because we won the game.Let's just all be happy our Tigers pulled out a win tonight! There is no need in bashing a college kid! If he was your son, would you want everyone and their brother on this board ragging on him because he did not play well enough to suit them! WE WON!!! BE HAPPY FOR TONIGHT!:geaux:

And what will be the excuse next week when the offense is back to being ineffective?

Lee is a good kid who plays hard. The coaches are just as responsible, or more so, for his ineffective play. It's not Lee's fault the offense has sputtered all year.

I am a sunshine pumping mofo, I am done with Lee though, not that I was ever on his wagon. RS running 100% of the time is a better option IMO, of course I cannot make a call on Russel Sheppard's passing as we refuse to let him try. I personally don't think RS is our future at QB, but I would take Russel any day over Lee. Lee may be great in practice, he is pretty bad in the games.

The point is pretty clear, those who wanted to sit JJ are retarded, Lee sucks in games, lets all hope JJ is 100% for next week, and RS is on fire for the few plays Crowton lets him run.

P.S. I believe crowton should get a head coaching job somewhere, he is sooo great.

I wouldn't normally agree with you, but the play calling had a bunch to do with my post, the running game was on fire, and every stalled series was due to pass plays on first down that Lee couldn't handle.

Lee is not ready, nor will he ever be ready to run the Crowton offense.

Had it not been for the LaTech pass interference call, the game would have been much closer.

I'm glad he got his chance, he deserved that much at least. Jefferson had best keep improving.. because our backup is going to be young next year.. again.

I have no argument that he is a great guy. An SEC opponent would have been awarded atleast 1 Pick Six in that game, his passes are pretty bad.

Latech helped us with their poor secondary.
