Kinda saw this coming with this brutal matchup with Baltimore. They gave this game away, however. And for whatever reason, Fisher has become braindead managing these games lately. For the 2nd time, he inexplicably sat the best long range kicker in the NFL in exchange for an overly risky 4th down play. 4th and 8 against the Ravens from the 30. No thanks. I'll take my 47 yard FG and politely walk away. But Fisher didn't do that.
All coaches make mistakes. However, the players mistakes cost them the game. They literally handed the game to Baltimore.
Im usually a big Fisher fan but he made a mistake not kicking that field goal. However, Tenn marched up and down the field but turnovers and miscues cost them the game. I kinda thought they would be one and done too but I wanted them to win. Baltimore goes home next weekend no matter who they play.
Like Bradford and Matt Ryan, Joe Flacco is one of the Rivals 3-star QBs that made it big. Rivals had Flacco as the #39 pro-style QB for the 2003 recruiting class (3-star) http://collegefootball.rivals.com/viewprospect.asp?pr_key=9013&Sport=1
Not so fast my friend! :hihi: I predicted the Ravens to go to the Super Bowl. They beat the Steelers next week. Book it!
I agree. I don't like the Steelers at all vs Baltimore. It's payback time for the god awful replay overturn that cost them the game last time. All of a sudden all San Diego has to do is win and they host the AFC championship game. A 4-8 team 5 weeks ago. How crazy is that?
I was thinking the same thing. After the Saints beat them, they were written off. The only bad thing about their turnaround...it keeps Norv there next year.
I wouldn't be surprised if they win either. They are 2-0 in Pittsburgh in the playoffs. LT out will hurt though.
