Can't believe we are turning the corner and headed into the last week before it all begins! Time to run up the volume. I love all the videos out there and found this one on Dandy Don today. It will get you pumped but it will also show you why this year's D is something to be excited about. This is in no way a slam on TM7 (who I'm pulling for), but pay attention to the players in these shots and who is absent. It well illustrates the depth of talent on this squad and why they will overcome the loss of the Honey Badger this year. From all that I have read these guys are hungry, they're united, they're focused and they have one goal. This has the makings of a special season. I can't wait ...

Another one of my favorite's ... continuing the ramp up! Before the NCG last year Coach Miles was asked what he told his team in the locker room. His response was along the lines of telling the guys to enjoy and relish the moment. I would have preferred "Play for Victory"
Oh yeah ... and this one. Those that have never experienced it ... should. My first game in Death Valley was the earthquake game. I have been to many stadiums since then. To this day, nothing has come close to the electricity, the atmosphere and the magic of a Saturday Night in Baton Rouge.
