True enough, I was screaming "run the damned ball" at Miles during the 3rd quarter, also saying "if only we had an All-American RB..." Yes, Miles has many a gaffe, and I was ready to part ways, but since we didn't, I'm going to hope for the best in the future.
Actually, it was in response to @ThePhenom74. Though, I can see why you would think it was in response to Shane.
her response i simply thought was to you the way she was asking what has miles done wrong since last week. shes pulling for him to win unlike you.
I jumped off the Miles bandwagon in 2014. I went to a minion avatar this year to show my support for a coaching change but since that blew up in spectacular fashion it's time to stop piling negativity on the program - hence the new avatar. I'm not on the Miles bandwagon but I'm always on the LSU bandwagon and since Miles will be driving the team into the foreseeable future, I'm just gonna close my eyes, hang on and pray for the best.
Honestly I think I'm just burnt out on Miles at this point. I tried to stay away from the board for a bit to keep positive since so many have been so negative. Which I know I was one calling for Miles to be fired. That said, I'm not putting much on this game. Tech can't stop anyone if their lives depended on it. They did a solid job most of the game outside of Fournette busting out some long runs. LSU is either a run for little or a long run O. We don't get enough consistent 3-5 yard runs. Harris looked off once again and the play calling leaves you scratching your head. I was glad when Steele left, we watched the same lack of adjustments. Hopefully things change this upcoming season and we get back to LSU football. I genuinely like Miles and would love him to win big to prove Alleva wrong. I hope he proves me wrong, I just don't see it happening.
It's not about what Miles has done since the debacle, it's the fact that all the shit that's been going on since January of 2012.
I respect that but I've given up on Les. I don't think he has a snowballs chance in hell to get to the playoffs, or win the SEC West for that matter. And watching all these other teams year in and year out change qb's and still have efficient QB play is telling.
