Well he is a great player and will firmly place UF back at #1 to start the season.
As much as he wears me out with the "over the top" rah rah crap that he does during the game. I think he is a pretty classy dude off the field.
None the less I hope LSU beats the tar out of him for his final season so he can give another one of those "never before" type speeches after the LSU game.

This is a no-brainer for Tebow. He will not be a QB on Sunday's.

UF has a really good chance at repeating.

Hopefully we will have something to say about that.

I'm not sold on that just yet. If Harvin and Spikes declare that's gonna leave a couple of big gaps to fill on both sides of the ball. Not to mention the post-NC hangover effect.

    Agree

Disagree. He'll play. Accurate, efficient, mobile, decent size. All he needs is some time to get smart about NFL offenses and defenses.

Agree - maybe "really good" is a stretch, maybe it's just that they have a realistic chance.

It's the SEC. There are a few teams that have something to say about that! :thumb:

    Assuming Harvin and Spikes stay:

Florida returns every starter on D

On offense, they only lose three players -- WR Murphy and their two OTs

Copy that. Which is why they have a realistic chance. Every season is different, every team is different, all kinds of crap happens. Other teams step up (LSU, Arkansas maybe). Hell, Tennessee may even surprise some folks next year (Bama wasn't supposed to be undefeated going into the SEC CG, were they?)

If there's a favorite, it has to be UF. But front runners have a way of pulling a Trojan. Maybe this is Vandy's year to eat some gator!

They are the likely favorites; however, it's not easy winning it two straight years. Gotta think they're circled on everyone's schedule; they're due a little payback, not the least of which is the Tigers hopefully getting revenge after they laid 50 on us this year.

I think he'll get his chance to play on Sunday. However, I also think it's likely he'll go the way of Vince Young (minus the mental issues or whatever).
