Tim Tebow meets his worst career fears in Senior Bowl debut - Dr. Saturday - NCAAF Blog - Yahoo! Sports Who didn't see this coming.
Meyer's system turned out a #1 overall draft pick QB in Alex Smith... wonder why it didn't hurt Smith but it hurts Tebow?
Tebow will never be a starting NFL QB but could become a very good running back or a tight end. IF it were up to me I would draft him in the 4th or 5th round if he is still available based on his athleticism
If Pat White can get drafted as a quarterback then so can Tebow. Look for Jacksonville to draft him to boost ticket sales.
Didn't watch the game but the results weren't too good: D+ Tebow grades out poorly at Senior Bowl - SEC Blog - ESPN Headed to CFL (ok maybe not) As Tim Tebow Turns: Senior Bowl Stock Down, CFL Future? - Andy Hutchins - The Sporting Blog - Sporting News Third round, maybe: Tim Tebow Senior Bowl: Disaster or first step to NFL? / The Christian Science Monitor - CSMonitor.com NFL Scouts skeptical / Mechanics Hopelessly "messed up": The Great Tebow Debate | Tipsheet | STLtoday Future not too bright: The Independent Florida Alligator: Sports - Tebow?s future isn?t bright
i think he'll make it. some team has to give him a chance and let him learn for a few years. you can learn mechanics. you cant learn size, athleticism and dedication that he does have.
I agree that he'll get his shot. However, its not unheard of for good and even great college QB's to flop in the NFL.
absolutely, but think about what they were like. not athletic enough dorsey wuerffel hodson david greene etc dumb/lazy russell leaf akili smith shuler etc tebow wont be like these. maybe he'll be like joey harrington though.
good observation. those listed without a doubt fit into said category. you had me til here. thats not a good comparison although there is no comparison for tebow. im anxious to see how he does. nothing would surprise me. although saints should take him in the 5th if hes still there for a short-yardage back. he's like jacob hester on steroids and with god in his back pocket.
