For all the people engulfed in the LSU-Alabama debate, its game on today. Bama took care of business in the swamp last week, and after today's game, it will be easier to compare the two squads. Dispatch the Gators, and LSU fans can strut their stuff. If we squeak by or lose, the Tide camp will have every right to say they're the better team.
then again there are those who would say that every game is different, that down /distance/philosophies/motivation/etc/etc determine final margins, and that for comparative value mean little. Nov 5th will determine who's the better team, not Florida
I say then I say then , let them talk. What is important for this LSU team is to just win , that is all they have to do. The Gators will be trying too prove something tonight . We need a win , even if it is only by a field goal on the last drive of the game with time running out . GEAUX TIGERS
Tide fans are going to say that regardless of the outcome against Florida. Doesn't matter until Nov 5th.
Perhaps Florida's run stopping defense isn't as good as everyone thought. LSU ran through them just like Bama did.
