How bad are you really to him prior to a game??? I know I would be, but I am worse before a game, I don't like to be picked on so even if I win unless you deserve it, I don't give anybody too much crap!

 

im quite good. if he starts in on me i give it back. but i dont start it. this evening he was listening to their coaches call in show while we were eating dinner. graf said something about the game would be on tiger vision, but would not be on "normal tv". he almost spit out his lasagna laughing. then made a few comments. i just sweetly told him to keep it up and i'd tell mrs crip not to make a pinata for the tailgate - that i would provide one. we ate the rest of dinner in peace. lol

its baseball season that gets heated. but there will be words here and there, especially on the drive down friday. 9 hours in a vehicle together, there is no way either one of us are gonna be able to not get in a bit of smack talk.:hihi:

It does not matter what we focus on. But the team and the coaches have to focus on Tulane.

 

It seems I remember us playing Tulane in the dome and having a rough 1st half?

 

two years ago.

tulane has the attitude that oklahoma state had pre-miles. tulane feels that no matter what else happens, if they beat lsu they have had a successful season. even if its the only game they win. pre-miles, that is how oklahoma state felt about ou.

i dont care what anyone else says. i cant take this game lightly. if i do im afraid karma will bite me in the butt.

 

Well said, Okie! Here's the deal with Tulane... they shoot themselves in the foot a lot, with allowing blocked kicks, stupid penalties, youngsters missing the correct block on a play. I'm not saying that all of that will suddenly stop happening, but this COULD be a game when they avoid most/all of that. Once again, I'm not saying that it WILL happen, but it could. And if Tulane DOES stop shooting themselves in the foot, I think that they'd be a more formidable opponent than most think they'll be this Saturday. I don't think that Tulane has the talent to beat LSU no matter what this year - unless LSU gives up a lot of points via multiple turnovers returned for touchdowns, tons of LSU penalties, and lucky bounces of the ball in Tulane's favor.
