Honestly, I follow LSU recruiting locally here and elsewhere...and I never heard of this guy. To me this commitment was out of the blue and left me thinking "who?".

I don't follow the rivals top 100 or the ESPN 150 anymore. Miles and his staff have done such an excellent job evaluating and developing talent that those national lists are kind of moot.

If you want something positive to dell on, his brother is the starting QB for Boston College which is about as far from Cali as you can get, geographically as well as culturally. Perhaps that kind of independence runs in the family.

This. I don't think this kid is gonna be bothered one bit leaving Cali.

My apologies if this thread was started already someplace else here. Forgive me, I rarely go into the other sections here other than Tiger's Den or the Saints section. Anyway, this forum needed some activity, so I say no harm done. I hope everyone else agrees, yes? I think there is enough crazy stuff going on in the world without getting worked up about an extra thread here. :)

Exactly what my initial thought was.

Sorry, don't mean to be a debbie-downer it's just after being let down enough- for whatever reason... *wink*
