In 2011 we played 3 Saturday day games on CBS at 2:30pm. We played the Bama game at night on CBS and we played Arkansas in a day game on CBS but it was at 1:30pm the Friday after Thanksgiving (not sure if it being a Friday changes things on this 3 game limit). Same thing in 2013. Played 3 CBS games at 2:30, Bama at night on CBS and Arkansas was a 1:30pm game on CBS.
Alright unless this 3 game limit is "new" there is no limit. Alabama played 5 day games on CBS in 2015 and 4 in 2016 (5th & 4th being the iron bowl similar to our game against Arkansas). But I'm thinking the 3 game limit is just wishful thinking. I do think ESPN lobby's and negotiates big games with CBS for their primetime spot so there is still a chance that happens. Edit: This is Wikipedia so take it for what its worth, but looks like the limit is 5 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SEC_on_CBS "Until 2014, CBS maintained exclusivity during its 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time window. As part of an extension to CBS's contract with the SEC through the 2023–24 season, CBS no longer has exclusivity during its afternoon window, but still has the first choice of games.[2] CBS is limited to airing five games featuring a particular team per-season"
I think the issue will be more with UGA games... They played SC at 2:30, and UT and UF are both already scheduled for 2:30. UGA still has to play LSU, Auburn, and Kentucky.
