    I listened to most of the game. They played well but streaky, like they've done all year. Had something like 12 blocked shots. Ole Miss didn't shoot well. M. Thornton had a great game from what I could tell.

    I bet Butch gets more than just a courtesy interview for the HC job. He seems to have the guys hungry and playing well ('cept for Arky...)

    I don't think Pierre will be considered unless he magically wins the SEC tourney and gets us into March Madness.

    If he does that, hell, give him the job.

    Yeah, you definitely have to fill the head coaching vacancy ASAP after the season is over.

    I don't have a problem with it. I don't think we will give him the job just like that. If we can't attract a big name, then who knows.

    Odd thinking here...

    LSU hires someone with a "big name," yet from a small school,..... Say... Grant.

    A small school takes Pierre. He then takes the team to new heights. Pierre then becomes a big name worthy of being hired.

    Of course it is a chance to take, but LSU could skip the middle ground of Pierre making a name for himself.
