Needless to say, it was a rough Sunday morning this past Sunday.

 

Sorry folks, looks like the magic pants wont make it to the box this weekend. At least the chicken wire will work.

Just walked in from a meeting in Lake Charles. Apparently my daughter has a serious upper respiratory infection and has been ordered by her doctor not to go outside this weekend...period.

The plan was for me and the wife to drop the kids off at the parents in Monroe, pick up the trailer, and drive down to BR tonight. Unfortunately, that will not be happening. Today is our tenth anniversary, so me coming down alone is out of the question.

Sorry guys, I won't be making it down this weekend. I feel bad because this was my idea. I hope you guys are still able to put something together....you've done pretty good in the past without my help.

The parents are still coming down, but not leaving Monroe until tomorrow morning. I doubt they take the trailer (with all of the tailgating supplies) down with them.

Again....I'm really sorry.

Ok people due to us counting on saltys grill to do the food and with little time to come up with other means...we are gonna put FAITH in our baseball team and we are gonna be rocking and rolling for the Super Regional next weekend!!!!!!!! Cause we got all this food to get rid of and all!
