    let's not get it twisted... I do not have a very good team. Especially when Tex and Pence don't hit.

    But I am just plain unlucky this week.

    My opponent has a cumulative team average somewhere around .400

    yeah....10 bucks for a whole year is well worth it for the time you put in.

    that happens every year in every league to every team no longer at the top.
    its weird how interest falls along with their standings.


    sabanfan could probably make an analogy to real life sports here.

    I think there are about 5 managers in this league who are MIA... sucks because there are some good buys out there on some of the teams, but no one there to accept... thats what sucks about "anyone can join" leagues.

    Anyway... how the hell did I get Max Scherzer in our league, with 6th waiver priority... I was pretty amazed. I mean I could see getting it with 2nd or 3rd, because guys were thinking about getting Clayton Kershaw later, but 1-5 ignored Scherzer... hard to believe.

    i wanted scherzer too but my waiver priority was lower than yours...this is my rookie season in fantasy baseball, trying to learn but taking my lumps along the way
