cbs manages it all then deducts applicable sales tax to the winners weekly and at the end. but until then ill have you paypal me if we get enough. i think we have like 5 or 6 so far.
What's low is you arguing about something you have no clue on. Did I say it was "ILLEGAL" in Louisiana? Sure didn't. Now stop screaming like a bitch.
nice try chief, but the posts you deleted still show up where I quoted you. you posted Louisiana's law (that you misread), said a lawyer tipped you off, and even went so far as to say this wasn't a charitable/bingo exception. you even attempted to argue with me and tell me I was wrong when I quoted the same law you posted a link to.
ok, enough. please stop derailing this thread. tirk has offered to set up a fantasy sports game and this thread is for that. NOT for a bunch of petty arguing and sniping.
you're a lock. got me, shane, mastermind, tb3, drc, bayou benfgal?, and martin thus far. wait i think stacey is in. thats 8. i may have missed one or two. once everyone is in we can decide on the entry.
i predict that vs the spread, the winner of this whole contest will be below 55% at the end of the season, and the loser will be above 45%.
w/o a doubt on the former. possibly on the latter. well i have been in one pool exactly like this for a few years. ill go back and see if i can find out what my actual numbers were. but when you deal with that amount of picks anything at 55 or > is a gold mine, if you were crazy enough to put money on that many games.
i am genuinely curious if there is any difference between a serious and avid fan like tirk, and the coin in my pocket. i suspect there cant be much difference. it just doesnt seem possible to be good at this. but i dunno really. we will see i guess. i do know, that the hot girl in the office is always favored to win the ncaa pool, picking mostly on where her friends went to college.
