Well he couldn't. Did you watch the game? Several handoffs looked like a trainwreck waiting to happen. As for Lee throwing off his back foot, he does. I don't care anymore though...because it seems to work for him. The only time it really doesn't work is on the long ball. He underthrows a little. But hey, that's apparently how he throws. I couldn't figure out what the crap was going on on those handoffs. It happened several times in the game Thursday night...like he was not sure where the runner was gonna be. Or maybe the runner wasn't where he was supposed to be. Same thing on the INT. I don't know if it was on Lee, or if Randle ran the wrong route.
I'm assuming he's referring to the hand-offs to the fullbacks. They've run it at least once every game, and every game it looks the same: awkward. But I think it's by design the way Lee turns to hand the ball off because it looks the exact same way every time. I think it's just ugly-looking no matter who's "executing it".
