i wasnt trying to be cryptic. rebuilding an image is a process. he pays millions to people to help him in situations like this one. id guess he is doing it so it friday because it cant backfire too much in the media over the weekend, but also because they have a tentative schedule set. as for accenture, they couldnt be happier. the focus on real golf may suffer, but more people will be following golf this weekend.

just the fact tiger woods is speaking will give them better ratings because it reminds everyone golf is actually being played. people like myself dont watch golf unless hes playing. I will likely watch it sunday just because Im aware of it now. and just the presence of tiger makes me think golf.
