We want to take the kids to their first LSU game vs Ole MIss. Most of the tickets available are in sections 638,639,640,641 upper east side. Is there good purple and gold representation in those sections? We don't want to subject the kids to Ole Miss lefire:losers (sorry cuz) on their first trip to Death Valley.
Visitors usually have the top of the East upper deck and then a good portion of the south end as well.
As far as East Upper goes, Visitors usually are found at the tops of 630,631 & 642, 643. Not to worry, they'll be gone by half-time :hihi:
Ok your taking kids to their FIRST LSU game. I personaly would NOT recommend sitting in the Upper Deck. For their first game they need to feel the bowl!!!!! I have sat in the Upper Deck and birds and fog roll in between you and the field!
You can get better seats on campus a few hours before kick-off but that's a long way to drive without tickets in-hand.
Going to be in New Orleans for Thanksgiving visiting family and friends so I might wait untill game day. I'll keep looking.
Depends where you sit in the Upper decks. If it is on the first few rows the seats are surprisingly great. We have been offered upgrades to the lower bowl the past 6 years and we have turned them down each time. However, I sat midway up one time for the Saints game and was miserable.
The ole miss game is the week before thanksgiving so unless you are coming for the whole week of thanksgiving, your gonna be late
Really?? I have wondered how the seats are right along the bottom. The ONLY time I sat up there was during FAN DAY back in 97 and we could see the cars on the bridge we were so high up!
