I've never stayed after a game, in fact, always at least watch the end on a monitor on ground level to get a head start on the crowd- I get absolutely infuriated stuck in a slow moving crowd with people visiting instead of walking. My question is this. For fans who hang around, do the players hang around and mingle with any fans still there? I was thinking about getting an LSU football and have a couple of them sign it for my girls- my 9 yr. old especially likes Hester. I don't want to stay if it's not possible though. Lil advance warning too, the tickets col reb got me are right on the field behind the Arky team and I might try to snag a pic with DMAC at the end of the game.
The team and coaches usually leave right after they sing the alma mater, unless they're being hounded by the media. After that, the band plays a couple songs from halftime and then Let Us Break Bread followed by singing the alma mater. That's all that happens after the game.
You're not missing anything by leaving early. The team sings the alma matter with Les, and they head back into the locker room. It's rare that they'll hang around.
My husband has plans to try to do the exact same thing. He wants to make a "Welcome to the Dallas Cowboys" sign for RunDMC. I told him that under no circumstances can he make a sign in honor of a Tiger opponent and brandish it in Tiger Stadium.
lol, I was thinking of making one that said, "Tiger fans for McFadden for Heisman" but I'm torn tween him and Tebow. Maybe your husband and I could sit together.
If he makes a freakin' sign, he may have to sit with you. Then, you two can hash out your man crush on McFadden.
Well I'd love to make one for one of our players in the Heisman race but they all suck. No problem- I got her right where I want her.
No problem- I got her right where I want her.[/quote] So you are healed eh there cowboy!
