If the BCS is really 1-vs.-2, the choice is easy | Tidefans.com

They actually make some amazingly good points, and convince me that its much more of a toss up than OSU deserves it more.

    However!

Seriously? Virtually the same season? We have defeated 8 top 25 teams, including 3 top 3 teams, We've defeated 2 other conference champions. Your season is no where near ours, you scheduled patsies. Had you played and beaten the ooc we did, I would be saying hell no to OSU, but you didn't.

Crap. Strangest thing. I cannot post my response in here. Deals with the fact that Sundays matter in SELA as we have a big Saints game tomorrow. May not matter there, though. Rest of the article reads like a reach and desperation on their end. They know it is slipping away.

That indicates how worried they really are that they're gonna be left out.

Heck, Auburn went undefeated in the strongest conference in the NCAA...were SEC champions... and they were left out.

It's funny that their biggest case they make is They make is that...

...they lost to LSU...at home !!!

He's wrong, even though he wrote a nice article. The voters have no obligation to vote for Bama. They do however have a moral obligation to vote who they honestly believe is the second best team in the country. IMO that should be OSU when you look at everything. But I can understand why some would vote for Bama.

+1. The read was logical to a point--then the Kool-Aid came out and the author started passing it around the table. Incredible, that strength-of-schedule is so conveniently bypassed in the author's summation.

    Thanks for the post.

Don't knock Alabama's schedule...they played and beat Kent State, North Texas, and Georgia Southern at home.

That's so much better than us playing West Virginia on the road and Oregon in Dallas.

Alabama should relocate to Orlando...because their fans are living in Fantasyland. Only the imaginary fairies believe their BS!
