TUSCALOOSA – Three Alabama players have been suspended for a violation of team rules, Crimson Tide coach Nick Saban announced Friday. Defensive linemen Jarran Reed and Brandon Ivory along with linebacker Tim Williams have been suspended for an undisclosed amount of time. All three were absent during Alabama’s morning practice session. Reed, a junior college transfer, was arrested early this summer for driving under the influence. Ivory started 11 games last season. Both Reed and Ivory were projected starters this season. Both worked with the first defensive line group during spring practice and on A-Day. Williams, a sophomore, played in mop-up duty last season.
Yes he went to U-high with Les' son and Miles wouldn't accept his commitment. He tried to commit to LSU 2-3 times.
