Thoughts on the new look offense

Tommy Clapp didn't have a single bad snap even in the shotgun despite the fact that he was playing center for a first time ever

Well not many teams, if any, win a lot of games being one dimensional. Wether its run or pass. However, a strong run game controls the game.

Its ok if we are a run team and Etling hits the throws he does make. Thats what is key.

It seems we are going to throw off the run, which is fine.

 

This has to do with how the D lines up. BYU didnt stack the box. Perfect time to run with people like Guice.

 

For a minute I thought they kidnapped Hawaii.

 

I just think you need to be able to mix it up. That's what I want to see. Throw off the run run off the throw.

 

I can't remember the last time we looked this good.

 

It's only one game against a not very good BYU team.

 

Most are talking about the execution regardless the opponent. Not the stats per se.

 

And the mindset that you are vulnerable somewhere and we will exploit it
