Sec 138 Row 9 Seat 20, and Yes it was Great!!!! Driving back to BR, should be there by 4:00 so I can watch the selection show in front of my own TV.... :geaux:
I'm in E. Cobb alot...blow your horn and wave next time you see me. I drive a tan Chevy Crew Cab with LSU banner on the back windshield and a LSU bug deflector on the front.
I was there. Section 138 Row 5. I will try to get some of my pics up soon. :crystal: :crystal: :crystal: :crystal: :crystal: :crystal: :crystal: :crystal:
Section 106, way back. We got to the dome reeeally late, so we got the worst of the student tickets. We were right behind the goal post and just under the lip of the 2nd deck. I could see maybe 4-5 sections that were LSU. From my vantage point (Again, I couldn't see the LSU decks above us), it looked like 75% of the stadium was solid orange. At least we won.
I think that the championship should rotate between Hotlanta and Nawlins. You could even make it interesting by letting the winner determine the venue for the next year's game. East wins, its in Atlanta, west wins its in New Orleans.
Wow. I didn't realize Tennessee fans outnumbered us so badly. What an environment for sophomore Perrilloux to have to step into for his second career start. And he goes 20-of-30 (67%) and earns game MVP honors. Pretty impressive.
Yeah, Vols fans get real loud. I hate playing in Neyland Stadium. I mean what's LSU's record there, something like 2-11? This year, the Vols were undefeated at Neyland Stadium, where they even crushed Georgia 35-14 (Tennessee had 411 total yards, GA had 243).
