Did we even blitz a single time during the OT periods? All I remember is 3 man rush that didn’t even come close to Mond.

 

That's on O. It is clear that the kid is out of his depth and O just keeps sending him out there. They missed on the evaluation of Giles and are still trying to justify wasting that scholarship.

 

My first thought after the Gatorade bath was the Bluegrass Miracle. I didn't say anything at the time because I wanted to be wrong.

 

Same thing I said in the game thread as soon as they overturned the int. On another note, running that same sweep around the left side twice in a row reminded me of something a high school coach would do. At least try it from a different formation with some motion or something.

 

It's the ST coach. The guy the saints fired because he sucked balls for years. I had a bad feeling it would come back to bite us when O hired him...

 

The fact is A & M had kicked the field goal first. We were close enough to throw in end zone 3 times and surely had a great chance to catch one. But when you play not to lose in that situation instead of playing to win in that situation you lose.

It is a mindset.

It is very sad for our team that E has no confidence in our offense that he not once tried to end the game with a completion. Of coarse if we had completed it a flag would have come out after the play for unsportsmanlike conduct on LSU for trying to win.

 

Frustrating. Burrow was having success throwing. Why not try play action, or rolling him out, or going to the TE. That was when we needed to be more aggressive and end the damn game.

 

Yes, I hate that. Seems like an O call. Terrible. That’s why we lost.

 

Even the god damn commentators brought up the bluegrass miracle. It was completely fucked from the moment he got doused.
